Sponsorships
Backing a specific programme, fellowship, workshop or event — support with a defined and visible purpose.
Support attached to something specific
Sponsorship suits organisations that want their support connected to something identifiable: a named workshop series, a fellowship, an outreach programme in a particular district, or a seminar programme.
It is more defined than a general donation and lighter than a full partnership. Both sides agree in advance what is funded, over what period, and what acknowledgement is appropriate — which avoids the common failure where a sponsor's expectations and a recipient's understanding quietly diverge.

What we agree with sponsors
- Exactly what is being funded, and over what period
- The form of acknowledgement, agreed in advance
- That sponsorship does not influence scientific findings
- That the Center retains the right to publish results
- Reporting on how the sponsorship was used
- That sponsors are not given access to confidential patient data
- Arrangements for renewal or conclusion
- That we may decline sponsorship where there is a conflict with our objectives
