A laboratory result is only as good as everything that happened to the sample before it was measured. Collection, transport temperature, time to processing, labelling, storage — these determine reliability at least as much as the instrument does, and they are where most avoidable errors originate.
Our laboratory services are therefore built around documented handling from receipt to disposal. Every sample is identified and tracked, processing conditions are recorded, and controls are run and reviewed alongside the work. If a control fails, the run is repeated rather than reported.
