Privacy Policy

What information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.

The short version

This website does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, and loads no external fonts or resources. Browsing it does not create a profile of you anywhere.

The only personal information we receive is what you choose to type into the contact form and send us.

What we collect

Information from the contact form

If you submit the contact form, we receive the following, because you entered it:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your organisation, if you provide one
  • The category of your enquiry
  • The subject and message you write
  • Confirmation that you consented to us replying

How we use it

We use the information you send solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to carry out what you have asked us to do — for example processing an internship application or a partnership proposal.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. We will not add you to a mailing list without your asking us to.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to the matter you contacted us about, and to any ongoing relationship that follows from it.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising services. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts and all other assets are served from this site directly rather than from a third-party network, so visiting a page does not disclose your visit to any other company.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and operational purposes. These are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Research data is separate

This policy covers the website only. Personal and health information collected in the course of research studies, diagnostic services or community programmes is governed by separate arrangements: applicable ethical approval, consent given at the time, and the regulatory requirements that apply to health data.

Information you send through this website is never used for research purposes, and website enquiries are not linked to any clinical or research record.

Data controller details and your rights

Our registered organisation details, the contact point for data protection enquiries, the legal basis on which we process personal data, and the specific rights available to you under applicable law will be published here once confirmed with legal advice. We have not published placeholder legal text, because an inaccurate privacy notice is worse than an incomplete one.
