Research that neither party could do alone
Our third founding objective commits us to collaborate with academic institutions, healthcare providers and research organisations, in Pakistan and internationally. That is not diplomatic language: most of the research questions worth pursuing require capabilities distributed across more than one institution.
A clinical partner has patients and clinical questions. A university has specialist instrumentation and doctoral students. An international collaborator has techniques not yet established locally. A partnership assembles those into something none of them could complete separately — and, done properly, leaves each partner more capable than before.

Ethical approvals, data handling, IP, authorship and publication rights agreed in writing.
