Subsidised Diagnostics
Reducing what patients pay for testing, so a diagnosis is not decided by household income.

Why this fund exists
This is the fund that most depends on donations, because it is the hardest to pay for any other way. Grants fund research. Service fees fund services. Subsidised testing is, by definition, work the Center deliberately recovers less than the cost of.
Patients are referred through partner clinics and community outreach programmes. The fund covers the gap between what a test costs to run and what the patient can pay.
