Reducing what patients pay for testing, so a diagnosis is not decided by household income.
Community Outreach
Screening camps, health education and the follow-up that makes them meaningful.
Why this fund exists
A screening camp that finds a problem and then leaves is not a health programme. This fund pays for both halves: the camp, and the follow-up that turns a result into care.
It takes testing and health education into communities that sit furthest from a laboratory, rather than waiting for people to travel to one.
What each amount pays for
- Rs 20,000screening for twenty people at a community camp
- Rs 100kone full day of a community screening camp
- Rs 400ka camp plus three months of clinical follow-up
This fund needs
Rs 3.00M
for a full year of this work
Where else support is needed
